Merch FAQ.

We don’t keep boxes of shirts sitting in a warehouse. When you order, your design is printed on a fresh garment just for you, then packed and shipped. Nothing is made until you buy it — no waste, no dead stock, no mass runs.

Every piece is printed to order, so production typically takes 2–7 business days before your order ships. Shipping time after that depends on where you live and the carrier — those are typical timeframes, not guarantees, since each piece is made fresh when you check out.

Orders are printed and shipped from the print provider’s facility in the USA. Your package travels domestically — no international warehouses, no mystery routing.

Checkout runs through Stripe — secure, encrypted, and the same payment platform used by millions of online stores. Pay by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. You pick your color and size right at checkout, and your receipt is emailed to you by Stripe.

Tees are the Bella+Canvas 3001 classic — Airlume combed, ringspun cotton with a modern retail fit. Hoodies are the Gildan 18500 heavy blend — 8 oz. 50/50 cotton-poly with a double-lined hood. Both run true to size, S–2XL. Between sizes? Size up for a looser fit. Full garment details are on the merch page.

Because every piece is printed to order just for you, it can’t go back on a shelf — so we don’t take back “changed my mind” returns. But if yours arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong, tell us and we’ll make it right with a reprint or a refund. No interrogation.

You’ll get tracking by email as soon as your order ships. If your order confirmation email arrived but there’s no tracking update yet, it’s most likely still in production — remember each piece is printed to order. Reply to your order confirmation email if something looks wrong and we’ll sort it out.
